Grant Engineering offers a wide range of heating products for the home. The independent heating specialists focus on meeting demand with a high efficiency approach to new concepts; an outlook which has led to the development of renewable approaches to hot water and electricity. Their oil-fired boilers come with a promise of reliability and efficiency, making these products extremely economical.
Grant boilers fall under two categories. The standard efficiency boilers average a 90% rate of turning fuel into useful heat. This particular range offers diversity with indoor and outdoor boilers available with the same top rate of efficiency. Reliability is paramount and all products come with a five-year guarantee on boiler heat exchange.
The second type of boilers on offer are the high efficiency condensing boilers. Every Grant boiler in this range has been awarded an 'A' by Sedbuk (Seasonal Efficiency of Domestic Boilers in the UK) and their efficiency levels are all between 90-100%. They are so effective that when used as a replacement boiler they can save up to 30% on fuel bills. Their 'whisper quiet' operation makes them suitable for kitchen and utility room installation.
The Grant vortex kitchen boilers fall under the high efficiency condensing classification, and this particular range has been award winning. In 2003 it was voted 'H&V Product of the Year', achieving seasonal efficiencies of around 95%. Its design has since set the standard of oil-fired condensing boilers.
Combination boilers are also currently available, with the benefits of oil central heating and instant hot water. These are included in both the standard and high efficiency ranges.
