I'm afraid the 5 star rating above does not match my experience of the Grant Vortex Combi boiler. Ours was professionally installed, regularly serviced and is not yet 4 years old, continually breaking down (new control circuit after one year, New expansion vessel in less than 3 years, has needed constant resetting over last 2 years and now doesn't work at all. Even worse is the service from Grant who have washed their hands of it after the 2 year extended warranty ran out. Avoid these boilers at all costs.
